Billing questions.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for the agent's work — research, generation, narration and rendering. Each action shows its cost before it runs, and credits with the nearest expiry are used first.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plans: unused plan credits stay available for one extra month, then expire. Annual plans add a full year of credits upfront, usable until one month after the year ends. Signup and top-up credits keep their own terms.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your asset libraries are kept: you can still preview, download or delete the files, but they are not available to new videos until you subscribe again.
Can I use videos commercially?
Yes on Creator and Pro. Free-plan videos are for personal use, export at up to 720p, and carry a ConvoReel watermark.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep paid features and your remaining plan credits until they expire under the Terms, and you are not charged again.
