Acceptable Use Policy

ConvoReel is built for making honest, creative videos. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you ask the agent to do, upload, or publish from the Service.

Do not create

• Illegal content, or content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Child sexual abuse material or any sexualised content involving minors. We report it to the authorities.
• Sexually explicit content.
• Non-consensual likeness: videos that depict a real person's face, voice or identity without their permission, including deepfakes, or that put words in a real person's mouth to deceive.
• Deceptive content intended to mislead people about real events, elections, public health, or emergencies, or that impersonates a person, brand or organisation.
• Hate and harassment: content that attacks people based on protected characteristics, threatens violence, bullies, or doxxes.
• Violent extremism, terrorism, or glorification of mass violence.
• Self-harm encouragement or instructions.
• Infringing content that copies someone else's copyrighted work, trademarks or brand assets without permission.
• Scams and spam, including fake reviews, fake endorsements, and misleading financial or health claims.

Do not misuse the Service

• Break into, probe, or overload our systems, or bypass usage limits, credits or watermarks.
• Use the agent's sandbox to attack other systems, mine cryptocurrency, send spam, or reach services it is not meant to access.
• Share accounts, resell access, or create accounts to get extra free credits.
• Scrape the Service or use it to build a competing product.
• Upload malware or files you do not have the right to share.

Label AI content where required

Some platforms and laws require AI-generated or synthetic media to be labelled. You are responsible for following those rules when you publish.

Enforcement

We may refuse requests, remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and we may report illegal content to the authorities. Serious or repeated violations may lead to termination without refund.

For copyright complaints, include the work you own, where the infringing material appears, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
